Rook Delivers Distinguished Research Award Address

Karen Rook, distinguished professor of psychological science, will deliver an address at the 2019 meeting of the American Psychological Association in Chicago this summer. She was given the 2018 Baltes Distinguished Research Achievement Award from the Division of Adult Development and Aging of the APA and is speaking at the convention as a result.

The award, sponsored by the Margret M. and Paul B. Baltes Foundation, is the Division’s most prestigious. It honors researchers with distinguished careers that have featured exceptional theoretical and empirical contributions to the psychological science of aging and comes with a plaque and $5,000 cash prize.
